We all know that paying for a name brand is huge. Some individuals shell out top dollar for the latest name brand items. As a company you try to establish a superior name so you can charge a ridiculous price for a sub-par item. Just think to yourself “Apple” and you’ll know exactly what I mean.
With that said, Lamborghini is releasing a new smartphone in Spring of 2014 with a hefty price tag of $4,000. That’s right, 4,000 greenbacks. For that price you would think that you are getting the best of the best, when in fact, you’re not.
The Tonino Lamborghini smartphone is quite sleek in design, being made of gold stainless steel, a leather back panel, and a 4″ Gorilla Glass screen. Yeah you read that right, only a 4″ screen. That’s the size of the iPhone 4 in comparison. It’s technical specifications aren’t all that great either.
– 4″ Gorilla Glass Screen
– Resolution 960 x 540 Pixels (Not Even H.D.)
– Unknown 1.5 GHz Quad-core Processor
– 1GB RAM
– 32GB Storage w/ SD Expansion Slot
– 13 Megapixel Rear Camera
– 5 Megapixel Front Camera
– Android 4.2
For $4,000 you would think there would be something that jumps out at you and slaps you in the face and makes you feel like a God. Unfortunately though, that’s not the case here. In fact, the Nexus 5 has better specs and is only $350. Would any of you buy this flashy phone? Leave a comment and let us know what you think of it.
